Pacific BioFacilities is a team of facilities planning and operations specialists with many years of practical experience supporting leading Bay Area biotech and pharmaceutical organizations. We have also been leaders in establishing and managing BioScience Incubators for early stage companies. Our purpose is to provide high quality,cost-effectively support for our clients utilizing the most senior of consulting resources in all aspects of facilities planning, development, project implementation and operational management services.

Our Mission
Pacific BioFacilities makes the process of facilities planning and management more straightforward, cost-effective and consistent with the business objectives of our clients. This includes both meeting immediate and near term occupancy requirements, as well as operational and safety objectives, while making available plans that will provide the flexibility to best support longer term business challenges.

Approach
As a general rule, we approach our challenges in a logical sequence of fact finding, determination of expectations and subsequent development of the appropriate solution(s). With the depth of team expertise, we have the ability to both prioritize and to focus on important issues quickly. A typical planning effort could be:
- Initially, gain an understanding of your needs and expectations, typically through discussions with key individuals.
- Then evaluate both your business and facilities situations to establish a baseline understanding of your current status or the necessary starting point.
- Next, develop a draft plan (or alternative plans, as required) which are reviewed with you.
- Based on your feedback, the final plan will be developed and presented.
- Further support for development or implementation of the finalized plan can also be provided.
